Cancellation Policy

At Contourology, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless booking experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: Booking & Rescheduling Clients can cancel or reschedule their own appointments online at any time through our booking system. Last-minute bookings are allowed—clients may book an appointment up to one hour before the session if availability permits. Cancellation & No-Show Fees To respect the time of our therapists and ensure smooth scheduling, the following fees apply: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee of the session price. Clients can cancel their appointments online without the need to call.
